Thank you Rosie's Gaming Emporium for supporting our 2023 Annual Autumn Festival; it was a huge success and we look forward to partnering with you in the future.

Applications are being accepted for the 2022-23 Leading Our Ladies (LOL) Training and Development Program 

The Leading Our Ladies Training and Development Program(LOL) is a six-month leadership experience for young adult women of color aged 16-20 who want to grow socially and personally. 

There are modules on self-understanding, healthy relationships, emotional and physical wellness, and life lessons to prepare participants for the future.

Program Objectives

The Leading Our Ladies (LOL) content includes lectures, workshops, and experiential learning designed to:

• Engage young women through practice-in-action and self-reflection to empower, educate, and unite them.
• Strengthen bonds of sisterhood through the use of tools that would reinforce integrity, self-esteem, and self-worth.
• Motivate young women to be the best version of themselves so they can make a direct and lasting impact on others.

• Maintaining Emotional Stability
• Lessons to Live By
• And much more!

Certificate

A certificate of completion and $200 for personal development will be awarded to graduates of Leading Our Ladies.
